Here’s a loving, step-by-step guide to help you ground, calm, and fully embody the energy of your session:
1. Ground Yourself into the Earth
After receiving powerful spiritual insights or energy, your system may feel a bit unanchored — like floating or buzzing. One of the most important things you can do is to send all excess energy down, consciously connecting with the crystalline core of Mother Earth.
Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet, reaching deep into the Earth’s layers. With each breath, let your energy soften and flow downward. Visualize golden or silver light anchoring you into the Earth, stabilising your field, and holding you gently in place.

2. Become a New Version of Yourself
Over the next few days, allow yourself to explore a new version of you.This is your opportunity to embody the energy you received during your reading — not just spiritually, but in your everyday life.
Try:
